Six Seats Community Guidelines and Participation Agreement
Six Seats is a select professional network whose aim is not merely to bring people together, but for them to add value to one another. So that the 120 minutes at the table are productive and inspiring for everyone, our fundamental expectation is that the following guidelines are observed.
1. Mutual Courtesy and Professionalism
At our table, the guiding principle is the sharing of vision, not hierarchy. All participants must use a constructive, respectful and professional tone with one another. Any discriminatory or intolerant conduct, or any conduct that oversteps the bounds of respect, is unacceptable.
2. Active Listening and Fair Participation
Our meetings are limited to just 6 people and 120 minutes. To make the best use of this time, care should be taken to share the floor fairly, and to ensure that personal or corporate promotion does not dominate the shared time at the table.
3. Confidentiality and an Environment of Trust
The strategic ideas, business goals and experiences discussed at the table rest on mutual trust. So that participants can feel at ease and share openly, respecting the privacy of the table is an obligation.
4. Time Management
Every profile approved by the curator is an integral part of that table. Out of respect for the time and motivation of the other 5 participants, strict adherence to the scheduled times is expected.
The curator reserves the right to intervene in situations that adversely affect the overall harmony of the table or the experience of other participants, and to restrict the participation of the persons concerned in future sessions. By completing your application, you agree to comply with these professional standards.
